In a bid to give chance to as many companies as possible to get exposure through the Conference Sponsorships, we invite CLC members to Co-sponsor the Gala Dinner / Tea / Coffee break. Maximum number of Co-sponsor's for this event will be 4 and Cost of becoming co-sponsor will be:
US$2000 Per Dinner Co-Sponsor
US$1000 per Tea / Coffee break Co-Sponsor
Explanation of Sponsorship Recognition
MAIN SPONSORS
Host of the golf event: Main Sponsor will join CLC in hosting the golf tournament taking place on Wednesday, September 17, 2008. The main sponsors’ logo will be prominently displayed on all banners or backdrops and will be verbally acknowledged as benefactors for the golf tournament.
Host of the welcome reception: Main Sponsor will be acknowledged as a host with their company logos prominently displayed at the welcome cocktail reception on the evening of Wednesday, September 17, 2008.
Conference Passes: Main Sponsor will receive 2 complimentary Conference Passes, each valued at up to a maximum of US$400.00. Each pass will permit free attendance for one company representative to all general conference sessions and the lunches and dinners.
Other Benefits: Sponsors will also enjoy all the benefits listed from point (2) to point (5) under “Co-Sponsors” heading below.
CO-SPONSORS
Co-Host Dinner/ Tea Events: Sponsor will join with CLC in hosting the very special evening dinner and entertainment event. Sponsor company's name(s) will be prominently displayed on all banners and will be verbally acknowledged as a benefactor of the dinner and festivities.
“Thank you sponsors” page in conference Folder: Sponsors’ logos will be included on the “Thank you sponsors” page in the CLC conference Folder which will be distributed to all attendees. Sponsors will have the special privilege of being in this page as well as being listed in the “Sponsor Listing” easel which will be on display during each conference day.
Logo on Notepad: Sponsor's logo will appear in CLC Conference Notebook distributed to all attendees.
Sponsor Signage recognition at registration area and the conference hall: All Signage/banners displayed at the conference sessions, registration area, meeting hall, and special events will include sponsors’ logos.
Sponsor recognition in sponsorship web page in website & Sponsors’ logos with links on all web pages: Sponsors’ logos, links to sponsors’ websites, and a 25 word description will be included in the dedicated “Conference Sponsors” page of the conference website. The logos and links will appear on the home page and all other web pages (with the exception of a few reserved ones).
